Symbian Support was originally set up for the use of IT contractor’s, we decided that there was an opportunity to diversify, and pass on their experience in the field of IT, contractors have experience in IT enterprise systems, Infrastructure, Project management & support. To increase our portfolio we felt there may be companies, requiring electrical items to be tested, but wanted a company who had a deeper understanding of IT electrical hardware. Our Technicians are fully qualified to test electrical equipment and trained to our high standards, with a back up of experienced IT contractors.

As a company we are fully conversant with all aspects of IT equipment in the enterprise, SMB’s and the SO/HO, we specialise in the PAT testing of IT equipment, we fully understand the requirements to have items tested within a criteria that upholds your responsibilities whilst keeping mission critical systems online, this is why we work very closely with every company, enabling you to keep your business functioning, with the least disruption.

Symbian Support Limited, provide facilities management and PAT testing. We have recently added Pat testing to our service portfolio as we believe having the experience with IT equipment, we would be best placed to consult and advise and provide an excellent electrical testing service to all your IT equipment, though we specialise in IT equipment our Technicians are qualified to C&G 2377-01/02 and we are fully experienced to handle the testing of other equipment, that may need to be tested under the IEE recommendations.

To compliment our activities within IT we provide an internet portal to allow our customers to access any information we have collected, via our Facilities and PAT testing service, once we have collated the information and introduced to our SQL server, we make this available to our customers via the internet with a unique username and password, the information viewed will be pertinent to your business and a number of queries are provided, you can if you have a requirement print the details, however we feel most companies prefer not to print unnecessarily, therefore contributing to the reduction or their carbon footprint.
